Ordering and Shipping Information
1. How do I place an order?

2. What are the shipping options? Your shipping options will appear after entering your address at checkout. We aim to keep them as low as possible through using local printers and shippers worldwide. Depending on your location, express shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? orders typically take 3-7 business days , with some exceptions.
4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide and use printers from all over the world so we also bypass additional taxes!
5. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Make sure to check your spam folder!
6. What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item at no additional cost.
Product Information
1. What materials are used in your prints? Our canvas prints are created with high-quality, sustainable materials that ensure vibrant colors and lasting durability.
For mugs, phone cases etc... you can find all the information on the product pages in the description.
2. Are your canvas prints framed or unframed? You can choose! Next to each product you will have the option between canvas or framed canvas.
3. What sizes are available for each print? We offer a range of sizes for each print. You can select your preferred size when adding the item to your cart.
4. Can I customize a print with specific colors or text? Currently, we do not offer customization for colors or text on our prints.
5. How are the prints packaged to prevent damage? Our prints are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Ordering and Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal for secure online payments.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. But as every order is printed on demand, cancellation is not possible unless you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
3. Do you offer discounts or promotional codes? Yes, we occasionally offer discounts and promotional codes. You can check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current promotions.
4. How do I use a discount code at checkout? To use a discount code, simply enter the code in the designated discount field during checkout, and the discount will be applied to your total.
5. Is it possible to order a custom print that’s not listed on the website? Currently, we do not offer custom prints beyond what is available on our website. However, we welcome any suggestions for future additions to our collection!
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy? We don't accept returns for posters as they're printed on demand. However, if you encounter quality issues, we have a process to address them. Here's what you need to do:

2. Can I exchange a print for a different one? No. this is not something we can do. So make sure you are certain of your choice before ordering :) Don't worry, our posters all look amazing!
3. How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.
4. Will I be refunded the shipping cost if I return an item? Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. What if my order arrives incorrect or incomplete? If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please reach out to us immediately with your order details. We will ensure that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or refunding you.
Account and Support
1. Do I need an account to place an order? No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest; however, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, and saves your details for faster checkout next time.
You also get granted reward points! Various actions like subscribing to newsletter, leaving a review etc... will give you points. Each 100 points is 5 $/euro off your next order.
2. How do I reset my password? To reset your password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
3. Can I view my order history? Yes, if you have an account, you can view your order history by logging in and navigating to your account dashboard. There, you'll see a list of all your previous orders.
4. How can I contact customer support? You can contact our customer support team by emailing to support@vineandbranchdecor.com or using the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the website when its available. We’re here to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
5. What do I do if I forgot my account password? If you've forgotten your account password, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

1. How should I care for and display my print?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your canvas prints, follow these care instructions:

2. Are your prints UV-protected or fade-resistant? Yes, the canvas prints are designed with durability in mind. They utilize high quality materials and printing techniques to ensure vibrant and long lasting prints. However, to maintain their quality, it's recommended to avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause fading over time as with anything.
3. Can the prints be cleaned if they get dusty or dirty? Yes, you can gently dust the surface of the print with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the print.
4. Are the prints suitable for outdoor or humid environments? Our canvas prints are primarily designed for indoor use. While they are crafted with high-quality materials, they are not specifically treated for outdoor exposure or high-humidity environments. Prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to warping or damage. For areas with higher humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens, acrylic prints are a more suitable option due to their moisture resistance.

Our frames and hangers are made from natural wood sourced from nearby suppliers to minimize shipping distances. We offer FSC-certified products from sustainably managed forests where available.
